Learning the practice of the dissolving breath was so helpful… I’ve heard of breathing tonglin but I’ve never had much success with it. This practice felt much more aligned with my path ♡ The image I got of “neutral/peaceful” energy while breathing in was my perspective as a small child laying under the Christmas tree and looking up into all the colorful lights… it was a powerful exercise to learn and I know it will serve me well in the future. I am an occultist of many paths over the past 25 years.  When I met V and was introduced to the Temple Of Becoming, I had no expectations or idea how they would transform my life for the better.  I spent a good 11 months walking spiritually with V and can say I have not met many another so disciplined in their spirituality and craft.  They take a tough love approach to others not to be harsh but to support one’s goals and dreams.  I found V to be extremely compassionate, witty, and very strong within themselves.  This display of vigor showed up in the Temple Of Becoming workings.  Through the Rite of the Golden Chain I learned deeper aspects myself and the limitations that block my growth.  On multiple occasions V would shine light on aspects of myself I did not see like codependency and fears that I kept bringing up.  They helped overcome many of these hindrances.  The journey in the Rite of the Golden Chain took me into perceptions of self governance and self love.  Not in a state of toxic, yet self care love in that we cannot truly help others unless we are authentic to the self.  It’s a transformational process I highly recommend the Temple for those dedicated to shadow work, occult spirituality, and simply self growth. Valkyrie / V  is  so friendly, professional, and upfront, who is one of the best listeners I have chatted with. Forever greatful for the guidance  received.
