You may use the service, the site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the site (singly or collectively, the (“Content”) solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about TEMPLE OF BECOMING products and services. TEMPLE OF BECOMING reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, TEMPLE OF BECOMING’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $100.00.

6. Indemnification

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TEMPLE OF BECOMING, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint ventures, business partners, licensors, employees, agent, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, your inability to use the site, the service, or the content, or any violation of this Agreement, or infringement by you, or other user of the service using your computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the site or Content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Content, or to attempt to access any Content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

Temple Of Becoming may offer an Invite Only Online Member Community for Spiritual Warriors who are making serious moves towards advancing their evolution.  The following group rules apply to members:

• Create a Safe and Respectful Space: Abuse and harrassment will not be tolerated.  The Temple reserves the right to remove members from the group.
• Confidentiality: Don’t share identifying information about group members outside of the group.
• Let’s focus on human connection and prevent spammy vibes: Group members are not allowed to promote or market their wares, business or other programs without explicit permission from Temple of Becoming.
• You may encounter topics that are triggering; we encourage you to take excellent care of yourself.  Temple Of Becoming is not a mental health counseling service or medical provider, and does not claim to be providing healthcare or healthcare advice of any kind.  If you have concerns please reach out to us directly via a message or email hello@templeofbecoming.com.

8.  Client Testimonials/Reviews

• TEMPLE OF BECOMING LLC may take screenshots/screen captures from client communications and use them as testimonials/reviews in our marketing material and our public website.  TEMPLE OF BECOMING LLC will always blur out personally identifying info such as names, screen names, and pictures containing recognizable faces.  
• TEMPLE OF BECOMING LLC deeply appreciates your testimonial.  Please feel welcome to email your testimonial to hello@templeofbecoming.com letting us know you permit us to use this on our public website and other marketing materials.  Please indicate which name you prefer us to use for you, nickname, pseudonym, screen name, or initials.  

9. Compliance with Laws

You assume all knowledge of applicable law and are responsible for compliance with any such laws. You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

12. Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts of Washington State

Our website is operated and provided in the State of Washington. As such, we are subject to the laws of the State of Washington, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. Accordingly, if you choose to access our site you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the State of Washington.

You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by TEMPLE OF BECOMING, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
